Market Activity: A total of 53 new contracts were reported, representing a 43% increase week-over-week and a 26% rise year-over-year. This marks the third consecutive week of annual growth, the first time since late March.
The Condo/Co-op/Townhouse/Villa segment had its best week since July, with 34 signed contracts. Nearly a quarter of these transactions were condominiums in West Palm Beach.
High-Value Transactions: The highest-priced contract of the week was for 5052 Blue Heron Way in Boca Raton, asking $8.795M. This six-bedroom, waterfront single-family home features a dock, pool, and expansive views.
