• Last week, a total of 64 contracts were reported signed, showing a slight decrease of 3% week-over-week and 16% year-over-year.
• The standout submarket was Jupiter to Singer Island, Jupiter Island, which saw a 3% increase in contracts compared to last year.
• Interestingly, sales below $1M experienced a 30% decline year-over-year, while sales over $1M are on the rise by 3% versus 2023.
In terms of notable sales:
- 1500 Lands End in Manalapan achieved one of the top 5 sales of the week at $6,599, averaging an impressive $1,578 per square foot.
- The highest-priced contract of the week was for 216 S Beach Road in Hobe Sound, a single-family home featuring a private beach and dock, with an asking price of $38M.
Additionally, there were 18 sales spanning from Hypoluxo Island to Delray Beach, showcasing a diverse range of real estate activity in the area.
